Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions relate to all goods supplied to you after you have placed an order by telephone, in person and through this website. These terms and conditions set out the terms of the contract between you, the customer or Site user (“you”) and us. These terms and conditions together with our policies and your order confirmation which we will send to you by email form the agreement between you and us (“the Agreement”). If you place an order by telephone we will ask you for an email address send you an order confirmation by email. If you do not provide us with an email address we will dispatch the items you have ordered directly to you.
These terms and conditions may not be released, discharged, supplemented, interpreted, varied or modified in any manner except in writing signed by us or our duly authorised representative.
These terms and conditions may be varied by us at any time by posting amended terms and conditions to our Site. The terms and conditions which apply to your purchase will be those terms and conditions applicable at the time of the purchase.
MINIMUM ORDER & SHIPPING
Minimum order is £60 (ex VAT), carriage is charged at £5.50 (ex VAT). Carriage Paid order minimum is £120 (ex VAT).
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding back order items).
Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the items on the agreed date we will not be liable for any failure to deliver on the stated date or at the stated time. Should there be any delays to the shipping of your order, we will contact you with an update.
If you fail to take delivery of the items or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond your reasonable control or by reason of our fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we reserve the right to attempt to redeliver the items to you and charge you an additional delivery fee; or treat your contract with us as terminated and refund the price of the items to you less our costs and charges (including our delivery charge and our reasonable costs arising from the your failure to take delivery).
PACKAGING
As part of our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment, all greeting cards are supplied naked and nested. Should you require bio-bag cellos, please contact our customer service team to discuss your needs.
Greeting cards supplied in packs of 6.
Notebooks supplied in packs of 3.
Gift wrap supplied in packs of 25.
BACK ORDER ITEMS
Occasionally some of our items are not in stock. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will back order it for you (and this is shown on your order confirmation). We will contact you when the items become available to give you the option to cancel, or add to your back order before dispatch.
PAYMENT & VAT
First orders are supplied on a proforma basis. Please contact us to apply for a trade account on re-orders.
UK orders are subject to 20% VAT as standard.
Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by us or our partners to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
All items are sold on a firm sale basis.
In the rare event that any items are damaged or missing from your delivery, you must notify us of any errors by phone (or email) within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Returns will be accepted only in the case of faulty goods. Should you wish to return faulty items please contact our customer service department who will start the returns procedure for you. We would advise that any returns are sent via a recorded delivery service or courier to ensure their safe arrival. Please include a note with your business name, account number and order/invoice number so that we can identify your return.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
The Consumer Rights Act gives the customer the legal right to obtain a refund, repair or replacement for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. The time limits on such items are as follows:
0-30 days from date of delivery: you can claim a full refund for products that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
30 days-six months: you must give the seller (Heyyy Ltd) one opportunity to repair or replace the item(s) before you can claim a refund.
Six months or longer: the customer must give the seller (Heyyy Ltd) one opportunity to repair or replace the item before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on the customer to prove that the product is faulty.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once an order has been placed and paid for and an email has been sent to you to confirm the fulfilment and dispatch of your order, a binding agreement will come into place. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. If we take payment and subsequently fail to dispatch the goods for any reason we will refund you in full.
You may cancel or change your current order prior to dispatch by contacting us, however please note that once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.
CATALOGUE & WEBSITE
Prices and specifications quoted in our catalogue and website are subject to change at any time, for any reason, and we will not be obliged to supply goods at the price and specification set out in our catalogue and website.
Please note that all descriptions, specifications, drawings, photos and details of weights and dimensions which are included in our materials are approximate only. Please note also that it is virtually impossible to accurately portray the precise colour of goods in an internet or catalogue photo, due to differing screen resolutions, and variations from batch to batch. We endeavour to give the best portrayal of colour, but we cannot accept colour or shade differences as evidence of defects.
PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES
The main reason we collect business information is to fulfil your order with us. Heyyy Ltd will not disclose business information to any third parties other than during the processing of your order via our trade website and delivery of your order by our selected couriers. In this case the third parties will not disclose any business details to any other third party. This website uses cookies and similar technologies to help streamline the order process for you, i.e. to track & save the contents of your shopping cart and to store addresses. You can opt to turn off cookies within your internet browser privacy settings. We aim to offer transparency around the use of your data and will only process business data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data collected by this site is used to allow customer orders to be placed and processed, to allow an enhanced shopping experience and to ensure that orders can be fulfilled and dispatched using our third party couriers.
